I have a lot of issues with this. First off, how incredibly stupid it is for him to do it... as a young millionaire who makes more than enough money to steal anything, let alone for some low-value (for him) t-shirts. If he was able to remove the security tags, not an easy feat, either he is very clever or this is not his first rodeo. To jeopardize his season, up to 1/2 a year in prison if found guilty, shows a tremendous lack of maturity.

The Reds need to send him to the minors and probably have him speak with a psychiatrist.
