Welcome back Kearns, I still wonder how the outfield would do with Dunn in LF, Pena in CF, and Kearns in RF everyday.

I think we have a much better FUTURE outfield with that "Krew" for sure. But something would have to be done with Junior. Nothing will though. I say deal one of them for something huge come mid season and await Stratton/Syzmanaski to take over when Griffey's contract is over.

It was supposed to be a smilie smoking a joint, and then the word STONED appears over top of it. It was nice.

Well, we get to face the Marlins tonight. Some of you may know the Marlins are the only other team I have a soft spot for (my Grandpa used to live in Florida and took my to a bunch of games when I would visit.) And facing my boy AJ Burnett. This whole series scares me, dominant pitching versus us... never good. I would for sure play FeLo and Freel though, with that stadium, you got chances for triples if you have speed.

With this being the first game of a road trip let Freel play in LF and Dunn at 1b to give the struggling Casey a night off after the flight?

    Freel LF
    Jimenez 2b
    Wily Mo RF
    Dunn LF
    Randa 3b
    Griffey CF
    Lopez ss
    LaRue C

I don't want Jimenez batting second right now.

Hes really good at working counts and looking at the box scores the last two times hes gotten multiple hits was when he was in the 2 hole. I havent found the exact numbers but the St. Louis 6-5 win over Mulder he went 3-5 in the two hole, April 20 vs the Pirates he went 2-4 with a BB in the two hole. Squeezed in the middle he went 1 for the past week leading off.
