Not boring, I just used boourns in the wrong definition. I was booing the concept in mock disappointment.

You can tell it is close to Opening Day. Everyone is in a good mood. Even me, and I'm usually a mean lil bastard.

We know that we will all be arguing about team issues within about three days from now. (:

We better enjoy the good mood while it lasts, lol.

Oh, and damn your Cincy Reds for whooping the Jays yesterday and today. You killed our starting pitchers.

I was just checking in on the Cards/Astros game and was surprised by how weak the Astros' lineup looks right now. I know Berkman is out, but it still doesn't impress me that much:

    A. Everett SS
    C. Biggio 2B
    J. Bagwell 1B
    M. Ensberg 3B
    L. Scott LF
    J. Lane RF
    B. Ausmus C
    W. Taveras CF
    O. Palmeiro PH

Even the Cards' lineup doesn't look like it will be as good as last year's:

    Lineup AB R H RBI
    D. Eckstein SS
    L. Walker RF
    A. Pujols 1B
    S. Rolen 3B
    J. Edmonds CF
    M. Grudzielanek 2B
    J. Tavarez P
    Y. Molina C
    S. Taguchi LF

Their 2-5 hitters are still VERY good, but the rest of the lineup could have some holes this year IMO.

Did they really have the the pitcher batting 7th?
I'd walk through hell in a gasoline suit to play baseball.

They had put the pitcher's spot 7th when they made pitching changes during the game. That was the lineup at that point in the game.

    Welcome to the board, BTW.
