We should be able to take this game. The D-Backs have a guy making his first start of the season, we've got our A-Team out there, and the Diamondbacks are starting three back-ups. Gotta take this one to give us momentum before the break.

Oh, and I'd like to register my objection as to Aurilia starting. He's a useless bum, and Olmedo kicks ass.

When was the last time that we swept a team on the road?

I maybe WAY OFF, but didn't we sweep Houston last year?

Has Casey got past 20 GIDP's yet? I know this guy can be good in the clutch via his BA but these GIDP's are getting too much, especially since we have better batters to put third.

even with casey's ML Leading 21 GIDP's...he still manages to bat .354 with runners on first, but a staggering .182 with runners on third...still producing a .301 avg with RISP...a .667 avg with bases loaded.

Having Casey in the lineup any spot where he is position to produce runs is just a double edge sword. On one hand like you point out, he is among our best (if not the best, I havent checked for a while) with RISP but then you got the DP's. I am really not upset that Casey hasn't hit for the power that we expected but just that he is on pace for such a large number of DP's.
