    Wilson shows grace under pressure

CINCINNATI -- The two home runs he served up stung a bit.
His pitch count grew too high too fast for his liking.

And the no-decision he picked up is nowhere near as attractive as a notch in the win column would have been.

But still, Paul Wilson was pleased overall with the first Opening Day start of his career. In six innings against the Mets on Monday, Wilson allowed three runs on eight hits with two walks and two strikeouts.

Interesting note I read on the Reds site:

Yesterday was the first quality start for the Reds on opening day since a 1993 performance by Jose Rijo. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.
