The bleeding finally stopped, thankfully we have a true stopper. Harang, even if somewhat inconsistent this season, shows why he rightfully has the ace title. We need a big outing last night in a big way to stop the bleeding, and Harang delivered with 7 innings of one run, four hit ball, with a 2BB's and 9K's.

He did this with a Votto-less lineup that delivered the runs needed for a win. But why in the world is Darnell MacDonald batting ahead of Ryan Hannigan, who if a competent hitter? Why is Alex Gonzalez batting ahead of both? Janish will outplay Gonzalez's glove, which is nowhere what it once was, and will hit lousy just like him (maybe not quite as bad.)
