Notice how the Braves are on EVERY one of those possible destinations except Zito and Womack...I'd love for us to get anyone of those guys listed.

Randa even on whether he might be traded or not? I'd say he's as good as gone Pack your Bags. The only thing that might change that is if Ed E is hurt sometime.

I wonder what Sportsline thinks of the chances of Casey, Griffey, Aurilia, Dunn, and LaRue of being traded are.

Call me crazy but I really don't see Kearns needing the lable of "as good as gone." I think a BA article last week mentioned something to the effect that rigor mortis has set over O'Brien due to many of his moves bombing. So why would he deal a talented player at his lowest possible value? Especially if one of the possible interested suitors is a division rival. I don't see him smooth talking another GM into giving him the value many expect for Kearns and I don't see him dumping him off. Finacially and talent wise it makes little sense. I really think unless there is a change of the GM, rigor mortis is going to be how to describe this front office.

I'm gonna be pissed if Zito is traded

I don't think kearns will be delt either. Randa, Aurilia, and Weathers, those are the guys who can probably pack their bags. I htink Casey, Kearns, Griffey, and Harang could be delt in the right circumstance, but it's probably not likely.

Why would LA be interested in Preston Wilson and not Kearns, who's younger and cheaper, two qualities that DePodesta likes?

Odds are Kearns would cost a fair amount more in trade than Wilson, who is (as you said) older and more expensive.

Then out of fairness to the others you will be Slagathor.

Mesa to the Cubs? Better hope the Cubs fans rekindle their love of blown saves.
