    Reds Playoffs here we come! Reds sign Lew Ford

    Ford hasn't played in the majors since 2007, where he played with the Twins and posted a .677 OPS. Ah, pointless minor league filler signings. We however know when we see Lew Ford on the field with the Reds, things are getting desperate, er, more desperate.... if that's possible.

    According to MiLB.com, the Cincinnati Reds have signed outfielder Lew Ford to a minor league deal. Ford last played for the Rockies before his release earlier this season.
