I don't know if I will be around tonight for the game so I figured to get discussion started early. Anyway, interesting matchup tonight. We faceoff vs Clement (who the majority of us here desired in the offseason) with the pitcher we ended up with in Milton. Even though neither pitcher has faced the other team in their current uni, over their career neither have had a great deal of success facing the opposition so we could be seeing a high scoring game for both sides (or at least we can hope so since Milton and Fenway doesnt sound like a favorable matchup for us.)

    Matt Clement:

    Eric Milton:

Updated with the lineups. Dunn batting 6th, FeLo 7th.... does Miley really think this is optimal??

Manny making it to third when Valentin's throw to Milton (after a pitch) goes high. Hah.

Then out of fairness to the others you will be Slagathor.

BTW, isn't it nice to have a DH spot for Griffey. You can start everyone you want.

If I were female and older, I'd so want to bear David Ortiz's babies.

Hopefully this is the last start Milton will ever make for the Reds. He was terrible yet AGAIN. I didn't see ANY of the game... only heard a little(I was at my cousin's baseball practice tonight and stuff like that), but he was terrible during the part I heard on the radio and I saw he didn't get any better before exiting the game.

Great game by Milton. He didnt give up a HR Now if he can learn how to keep the runs under 8 every game we would have a decent SP.

Milton hadn't given up a huge number of hits during most of his career. You know he's in major trouble when he starts giving up a ton of hits as he has this year. It had mainly been the HR before this year. Please swallow your pride and dump him O'Brien.
