If we go back in time, and the trade is on the table to bring Ken Griffey Jr back home, would you pull the trigger again? Or would you try to find another place to spend the money? It is hard to imagine the past several years without Griffey despite his general under performance, but he was undoubtedly the face of the team. Who would have taken his place? And would we have had better teams without him?

In 1999/2000 if you were to tell me that trading for and paying Ken Griffey Fr would be a huge mistake and that he would under preform for the next 10 years I don't think anyone would believe you. I think this was the best move at the time and that if we were to turn back the clock to 2000 I would have done the exact same thing. Jr, Arguably the best player in the 1990's being a bust in 2000 I would have never believed it. I don't think he did an awful job as a red and without the injuries I think this would have been a different story.
