I think you guys need to give Corey a break. Hes having his worst hitting year since 2000. with Griffey and Freel out who else should play? If hes been called up so many times this season I'm sure they see something in the guy that players in the stands don't. I think we need to give the club some time because they have more talent than any team since 1995.

He's never been that good. His best year he only opsd .839. And thats the only time he's ops'd over .800 in his career.

Well theres a guy name Paul Janish still on the roster isnt there?

    SS: Paul Janish
    RF: Jerry Hairston/Jay Bruce
    CF: Jerry Hairston/Jay Bruce

Much better defense and probably proper lineup construction with Janish hitting 7th or 8th most nights... at least I would HOPE. You know what Patterson will bring with the bat (Not much) why continue to bang your head against the wall? Play Janish maybe he'll surprise you maybe he wont and will be little more than Patterson is with the bat and you don't have to sacrifice middle infield defense to get Jerry's boys in the lineup together.

"Oh, don't mind me, I'm rebuilding now" then you win at least 80 games
