My questions/observations about the Reds season to date

My questions are the following:

Why do we have 3 catchers?

Why do we have 2 left handed hitting first basemen?

Why did we trade Josh Hamilton again? I realize Volquez is good, but how much better would this lineup look with Hamilton in CF instead of Hack Patterson.

Speaking of Patterson, why is he still here?

Where's Jay Bruce and Homer Bailey? Oh that's right, they're apparently not ready yet, except for the fact that they are ready.

Is Junior hurt again? Hope so, otherwise he's finally showing his age.

Is Arroyo hurt? Hope so, otherwise he blows at both his day jobs!

Is Dunn a stoner? He looks SOOOO disinterested when he's up at bat.

What happens if Alex Gonzalez becomes healthy again? Where do you play Keppenger?

How long will it be before the Reds starting pitchers start pitching BP so they can drill the hitters for not giving them run support?

Ross needs to go, he is simply a waste of space. Thank God Bako allows us to say this.

Hatteberg is amazing trade bait because he is a very cheap OBP God.

Honestly, he looks a lot more interested to me than he has in recent years.

I don't think management is even prepared to answer that question.

1) We should have three catchers (c-ya Valentin)

2) Because they are waiting to trade Hatteberg

3) Because we needed pitching. Krivsky didn't have that "extra" skill that Jocketty does in building a rotation that will become solid (Wellemeyer, Lohse, Piniero, Looper, Wainwright) that might not appear that way. We shouldn't have to trade players like Hamilton in the future to get good pitchers, because Jocketty will have "feelings" and other insights guiding his decisions

4) Because Freel can't hit vs. both RHP and LHP and Bruce may not be ready yet

5) They are in Louisville and haven't show definitely that they are ready. Bruce hasn't walked much and Bailey still has a few flashes of misery

6) I don't think Griffey's hurt, just worn. I think he'll get at least somewhat better

7) I don't think so, just not pitching well. I think he'll get better

9) You trade Gonzalez

10) I wouldn't blame them if they did right now

P.S. - Cards just won again. (21-12) record for "The Team That Jocketty Built."

I watched a Louisville game earlier this year, I don't think Bruce is ready yet. Maybe by the all star break, but don't hold your breath
