    Buck Coats DFA

    per rotoworld:

    Reds designated outfielder Buck Coats for assignment.

    Coats, a waiver claim from the Cubs, went 7-for-34 with 15 strikeouts for the Reds in September. He should clear waivers this time.

    Acquiring Cordero, despite the price, is nice.... losing Coats though hurts in a big way.
