Nats with a SLG percentage over .600 in this series....the Nationals!

The 12 Runs scored by the Nats last night were the most they have scored since they left Montreal!!

Zimmerman flies out to CF. 2 outs.

Welsh opines "sometimes giving up a solo HR in the 1st can be a shot in the arm for the opposing pitcher."

    How deep.

I am already irritated with this game. Should I be sorry for that?

Church is battling Belisle here; fouling off lots of 92 and 93 mph fastballs. Belisle up to 20 pitches.

Church finally gets under one and flies out to 1B.

    Nats 1, Reds coming up.

McKain, enjoy this while it lasts. Have fun when you go into St Louis, you won't be seeing your guys teeing off like they have in Cincy. That stat you just put up CRF is telling.

Is it me or is Freel swinging too hard this year?

Gonzalez the stereotypical two-hitter (ha) lines out to RF. 2 outs. Nice catch by Kearns.

God I hate seeing Gonzo in the 2 hole. Narron is still blinded by his hot streak that ended a month ago.
