McBeth and Moeller up; Keppinger and Livingston down

    Per C Trent's Blog:

mcbeth and moeller called up, livingston and keppinger down. That'll fix it
Lets hope McBeth can do well for us. We really need him to be a pleasant bright spot in this bullpen.

McBeth has posted a 1.50 ERA in both Louisville and Sacramento this year over 18 IP. He has 13 Ks 11 hits and 6 BB. I believe that puts him at just below a 1.00 WHIP.

I love having McBeth get a shot, even if he isn't quite ready he does have supposedly a pretty nifty arm. As for Moeller, I really don't understand this organization's fascination with three catchers at the MLB roster while they seemingly ignore the catcher spot in the draft year after year (something I am always crying for it seems on June 1st as we pass up talent at a position our depth can be described as simply sucktastic.)

How Stanton and Santos are employed and Coffey not in Louisville is beyond me.

I can't believe Narron warmed Coffey up in a blowout tonight when he's appeared in 23 of 39 games.

Homer: We're proud of you, boy.

Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.
