Homer: We're proud of you, boy.

Bart: Thanks, Dad. But part of this D-minus belongs to God.

I have to go Coffey tonight. He is not ready to be up in the major leagues and he ha lost his fastball.

coffey. i can't believe he lasted longer than paul wilson, a decent pinch hitter, and our back up catcher. He played the same trick on this board that he did on the reds front office.

I voted for Weathers yesterday, but everyone has made good points about Coffey not being ready. So I change my vote to Todd Coffey.

I see as though Coffey looks to be on his way off the island so I'll just make one more mention of something ive tried to do.

    Graves 2005 Salary: $6,250,000

And we are getting a guy whos whip is around 2.00 thats almost 2 runners EVERY INNING.

Coffey has stunk but Graves is getting paid big bucks for less than stellar work himself.

    My Vote Graves.

graves is overpaid for sure, but at least his ERA approaches acceptable. Like him or not, Danny Graves is light years ahead of todd coffey. Can you imagine if coffey was called on to do what graves does? Needless to say, we'd be 9 games deeper in the hole. It's worth paying more for graves than coffey, just not that much. If graves was making 2 mil or less he'd be really solid.
