Yeah very true. Conine fits that mold perfectly. And honestly, I am not too concerned that he has a sore back right now.

    Phillips grounds out to 2B.

Nice 1st inning and the 2nd could have been just as strong if we could have capatilized. But we strand the bases loaded.

Not to sound mean, because I would never wish an injury on someone, but I wouldn't be crying if Conine had a sore back all through out the season. I really think Denorfia isn't going to be used at all given Narron's favoritism for Hamilton (which I am actually happy with) and the vets. Hopefully though, they'll just Conine at a platoon with Hatteberg, which I could tolerate.

I agree with all of that. Exactly my thoughts as well.

I would love to see Deno get his shot because the dude can really hit. But Hamilton just has the better talent and it is smarter to take the chance on him. I am shocked at how well he is doing this spring and Deno hasn't got a hit. But Deno better make this team as the 5th outfielder and keep Crosby far away from Cincy.

Livingston just Kd the side I believe.

Bellhorn gets an RBI basehit to left center.

    4-1 Reds.

Janish in to pinch run for Gonzo.

Ross gets a double down the left field line and 2 runs score!

Votto was pinch running for Bellhorn and he scored from 1st. Nice! 6-1 Reds!

I really hope Hamilton can keep it up, even if it doens't translate to the regular season, it's nice to see him getting another crack at a fame.

    Crosby flies out

    Castro flies out.

Reds lead 5-1. Somehow I had the score wrong earlier.

    Livingston still on the mound.

Phillips gets out number one with a ground ball.

Who is this Livingston dude? The broadcast booth really thinks he is something. He has some impressive stuff.
