The fact that he threw a no-hitter means little, btw. There have been some very talented pitchers who have never thrown no-hitters.
I've seen Eric Milton pitch since he threw his first major league pitch. He has a lot of talent. Unfortunately, he is a "fly-ball" pitcher, meaning that he is not a good fit for the Reds in their "hitter's" ballpark. He needs to pitch in Dodger Stadium, Yankee Stadium, etc. In one of these parks, he could pitch pretty well.
