seriously, Bay is one of the top OFs in the game...
He did raise his OPS about .100 points since that comment though (not ASG reserve worthy still, but another good week or so and he would be getting close). And the only way I believed he was getting in was via the vote obviously.
But I am thrilled to see Bay get voted in, especially with him getting to start for the home crowd.

Jason Bay doesn't have any flare for the dramatic though. He sucks ass in the derby and is a boring white guy from Canada.
Griffey > Bay
Bay has superior numbers than Griffey this year. He deserves to go ahead of him.
Not that the All-Star process is fair or often makes it so the best players get in, but I have no problem with Bay getting in and not Griffey.
Utley has better numbers than Phillips and Coffey has been good but slipped a bit lately. Dunn had a case.
I was hoping Phillips would would get on the reserve list, but oh well.
