arroyo the stopper, beermen @ reds 6/13

    what gives with this lineup?

    phillips 2b
    hatteberg 1b
    grif cf
    dunn lf
    aurilia 3b
    kearns rf
    ross c
    olmedo ss

aurilia has a .772 ops out of the 4 hole, dunn is .930, kearns is .894
aurilia has a 1.115 ops out of the 3 spot, that seems like a fine place for him. with these guys i'd go:

    hatteberg
    dunn
    aurilia
    grif
    kearns
    ross
    phillips
    olmedo
    Reds MVP Race

    6: Arroyo, Harang
    5: Kearns
    4: Phillips
    3: Dunn, Felo, Freel, Milton
    2: Claussen, EdE, Griffey, Valentin
1: Aurilia, Hatteberg, Lizard, Larue, Shackelford

Koskie gets a basehit to LF.

Arroyo has been behind each one of the first three batters. First pitch strikes man.

Lee Ks swinging. Not a great inning, but I'll take it

yeah, it often takes a pitcher an inning to find the groove, i'm just glad he got out of it unscathed. i think he'll find it as we go along.

Davis sure does have an irritating windup. It is so slow with that pause. I would hate to face him.
