Geki, you really don't like Ross, huh? I still think he calls good games and has been good for Arroyo. Plus, he has actually hit so far this year!
If Ross can keep his average around .240 and provide the decent power he has throughout his career, I'll be fine with him. I gave him the bum because he was the least productive hitter in today's game, nothing more.

Great game by the Reds once again! Very nice to get a victory over these Cardinals. I am so happy to see this team not only beating up on everybody but especially the teams in the NL Central. Some goos offensive innings and key hits from Felo and Kearns as the offense gets it done once again. But the story is Arroyo once again. 5-0 now fellas! So call me a believer as well.

    MVP: Arroyo

    OK, fair enough.

I liked this quote from Krivsky about Phillips in one of the NY papers, especially the last line:

"As for Phillips, I think he'd just run his course with the Indians. I don't know if he ever got over being sent down (in 2003) and he just needed a change. He's been great for us, although I'd like to see him start getting some walks."

He has walked a few times lately.

What a game for the Reds. Arroyo's 5th vicotry of the season. Reds take soul possesion of first. Couldn't be a better night (wouldve liked to see Wily Mo hit a grand slam insted of fly out but hey).

    MVP : Arroyo

Has Wily Mo passed Bronson in the HR category yet . LOL

Im going to have to say Felipe Lopez for MVP just because we are being spoiled by Bronson with all these great performances.

Wow, I just took a look at Edwin's number and perhaps more impressive than the RBI's is his K/BB ratio. 13 walks, 14 strikeouts. That is unbelievable for a 23 year old.
