But if its close, then that means the Indians get hot. If the Indians get hot, the Yankees watch baseball on TV in October. Sox have 6 games left against the Tribe. GO SOX!!!!!!!!!!

Indians are only 5.5 games out and are the hottest team in baseball.

Meaning they're due to go on a losing streak. Remember when the A's were hot? They'll cool down soon enough. Expect it to start when they play the Sox.

Indians are just 4.5 games back and the ChiSox just got swept by the damn Royals. I am laughing.

Wow. Amazing. Shows how long a season baseball really is. You can be the hottest team in baseball for so long and then lose it, to a team that gets hot late but played CONSISTENTLY throughout the year.
    I aim to try

Actually, they lost the series, but didn't get swept.

Well, that shows how much of the Indians you watched this year. They weren't all that good before they went on that hot streak, and as all streaks do, it will end, and probably sooner rather than later.

3.5 games back now and they are crushing the Royals. ChiSox are tied with te Twins. They better win this one.

They did. A sweep of the Indians over the next 3 days and this "race" is over.

Houston had a streak similiar to the Indians last year that carried them to the playioffs almost to the WS.

Dooown goes Iguchi. 2 down for Carl Everett, who has already homered.

Everett walks on 4 pitches. Konerko to the plate, already with a 2 run double.

Popped up to Vazquez, game over. Wickman gets another save and cuts the Sox lead to 2.5
