Buehrle loses 49 start streak of going at least 6 innings

In case anyone didn't see/hear about this, in Monday's game against the Orioles, Mark Buehrle was ejected after pitching 5.2 innings against the Orioles after intentionally hitting Orioles OF B.J. Surhoff. This came after A.J. Pierzynski was drilled in his right shoulder with a 97 MPH fastball in the top half of the inning by Daniel Cabrera (no warnings were issued), and Tadahito Iguchi was drilled by a fastball the night before. Buehrle retaliated by throwing a breaking ball behind Surhoff, who pulled his left arm back, causing his elbow to be hit. Immediately afterward, Bryan Gorman (if I know an ump's name, he's not doing his job) ejected Mark Buehrle (with no warnings being issued at any time) 1 out shy of extending his streak to 50 games. It was an incredible run with an unfortunate and very questionable end. I hope he starts another one up his next start.

His streak of going at least 5 2/3 innings is still intact, at least.
