If only we can score a run for Big Z. How many innings has Z pitched without a run support and him shutting out the opponents? I think at least the last 2 games.

URGH Dempster. We need help. Bases loaded, 1 out. All three men were walked.

4 walks in the inning, and he's still in. Come on Dempster. Don't ruin Zambrano's another stellar outting. Let's get a double play.

Cubs' relievers never do make this game easy. Dempster struck out the last 2 batters to save the game, despite 4 consecutive walks after Lofton poped out.

ugh, i had flashbacks to mitch williams (before your time really). Mitch Williams in 1989 seemed to perfect this kind of save.

Wow. Wish I had seen the end (or do I) or the game. Glad to here Z was great. We need him to anchor the staff with Prior.

I heard tons about the Wild Thing, and don't think I could have handled that well.

Burell struck out, and the ball got away from Barrett a little, Barrett got the ball quickly with Rolling half way to the plate, Barrett threw to Ramirez right the way without even chasing Rollins back to third, and Rollins scored the winning run.

Ehh, it was a wierd play. Barrett blew it, but I'm still happy with him.

Today we lost again . Glad we get some homies back tomorrow. Prior gave up a grand slam in the first and that was the end for us.
