Cubs Fitting end to disaster signing

The cubs have suspended Milton Bradley, after he spoke out against the team and fans. This was building up the entire season, combined with the disappointing season by the cubs, it all ends messy. What other way would Milton Bradley go out?

And to think JP almost signed this guy for the Jays. I am sure he could have "escaped" the spotlight a little more, but knowing MB, I am sure he would have found a way to get it.

I'm not the type to gloat endlessly like it was the Adrian Gonzalez, Chris Young for Adam Eaton and Akinori Otsuka trade, but Ned Colletti made a damn good trade in getting something for that ticking time bomb.

You're not the type to gloat endlessly but you are the type to insinuate others are despite the aforementioned trade last being posted about almost a year an a half ago, in a thread asking people to discuss bad trades.

The odds of going back to San Diego dropped to zero the day Kevin Towers was fired.

In a thread asking people to discuss bad trades, it's not unlike you that you would mention the aforementioned trade because it was bad for the other team.

Yeah, that same Jayson Werth that nobody was willing to go out on a limb to predict he would slam 30+ home runs. Of course everyone else kisses his ass now, while I'm the asshole not unlike Michael Jordan's high school coach (so MJ says) who doubted him even though I wasn't that critical of his performance as a Dodger aside from ridiculing his fantasy value.

It was a bad trade and the thread was asking for bad trades.

But, I guess bringing up a bad trade that benefits the Padres in a "bad trades" thread almost two years ago constitutes "gloating endlessly" in your book.

15 yard penalty for excessive use of "bad", replay 2nd down.
