    Cubs wow

Just wanted to introduce myself. I found this forum just by searching on-line, not really sure how i actually located it, but i was bored and got it via google. Anyways, my name is Luke and i'm 25 years old. I live in Rochester, NY, i used to live in Chicago but moved to western ny about 10 years ago and ever since have been a proud western new yorker, but still realize where i am from! I love Chicago and still follow the greatest baseball team in the world where ever I go.

I must say, when i clicked on this forum, i was amazed. Actually, still am. This must be the nicest looking web site i have ever seen in my life. The graphics, the way it looks, the colors, it's all so perfect. Like a baseball field.... i'm really glad I found it. I am kinda disappointed that this forum is, well, not so active. Any reasons? I will try to spread the word the best I can, but is this forum new? There's no reason this forum isn't jam packed with fans.

Anyways, i'll be getting to know you guys on the forum. I'll be staying on here as I fell in love with this forum... i guess you can call it love at first sight! haha

^^ thanks for the welcome guys. I live off Monroe Ave in the city, roughly 10 minute drive from Gates. But have a few friends who graduated from Gates-Chili high school. What a small world!

    Re: wow

Welcome to the site, Ramirez. The Cubs forum is probably a little bit slow, since we don't have as many active Cubs fans as we'd like. But the forums as a whole is VERY active, and if you post something, you'll get responses (I promise). Also, feel free to check out the other team forums, the rest of the site, and get to know some of the awesome people here!

Welcome to the forums dude. I used to be a New Yorker but now live in Chicago, so I'm like your opposite.

    Re: wow

Welcome to the forums Luke and thanks for the compliments on the site.

Sadly the nature of any forum like this is that fans come and go. There is a large group of posters on the site as a whole however, fans of all different teams, so there is plenty of opinions and view points. While this site might not be the largest of any site out there, you'll be hard pressed to find a more close knit group as many here have known each other for years and there is a lot of heart here.

    Once again, welcome.
