Bradley comes with baggage. He has been suspended twice during playoff chases and has never been healthy for any stretch of his career. He had a fantastic season last year but only played 126 games. That shouldn't be too much of a problem with him sharing RF with Fukudome. I hope the Cubs get him so the Rays don't. He's a risky option and if I were a GM, Bradley would not be an option for my team. He is just too unreliable and unprofessional.According to the Chicago Sun-Times, signing free agent Milton Bradley has become the Cubs' "singular priority."
One of Bradley's representatives revealed that the Cubs are also atop his client's list. Sounds like a match. Cubs GM Jim Hendry is expected to begin serious talks with the 30-year-old this weekend. Bradley hit .321 last season with 22 home runs and 77 RBI.
