I was watching NESN's sports recap show. After the Sox Highlights they talked about the already mentioned Payton for Bradford deal. Then they mentioned that the Yomimuri (?) Giants placed Kapler on waivers, so he will likely be coming back to the U.S. and sign with the Sox to be a backup OF.

If the Sox can turn a disgruntled Payton into Bradford/Kapler, I'll be very happy with Theo.
