Thread: The Sox are hot

    The Sox are hot

They've won six of their last seven games in interleague play including two of three from the Bucs.

Clement has been lights out, it's insane. I'm really not seeing this inconsistancy I've heard about. Start, after start he keeps the Sox in it.

Everything is starting to click, even Embree had two shutout innings today. Very good job lately.

You knew sooner or later Boston would get back to Earth.

I did not think the Sox were in bad shape even when they were struggling.

When all is said and done, Boston will win the AL East.

I hope the Sox win, but if they couldn't, I'd want the Jays to win. The O's are a PITA and the MFY, well, they're the MFY.

Another win tonight with an Arroyo gem and with Manny Ortez (thanks Mr. Kerry) on fire.

    Great job.

And now they just swept a team who was on a 9 game winning streak.

Keep worrying about your team who is 8 games under .500.

I'm not worried about them we aren't "supposed to" be good this year....we're "building to the future"

A win is a win. 6 wins in 7 games is an accomplishment for any team whoever they play.

even if it was a little league or special olympics team? c'mon!

Another win for the Sox as three HRs and a Wakefield gem add one to the win column in an 8-0 shutout.

Ramirez is red hot, Ortiz is as good as ever, and Mirabelli, well, he's simply valuable as he carries the value of two players in one (with Wakefield).

Well, I don't see the Sox playing special olymipcs teams, wiseguy. They beat MLB teams. Looks like the Cardinals had a hard time with the Reds, and could only salvage a split at home against the Pirates. With wins being tough to come by in Oakland, maybe you should check yourself before you start criticizing other team's wins.
