I'll admit...I saw this on another forum and thought it was really interesting...thus, for those of you that have yet to see this, here are the top 10 individual seasons in red Sox History:

#4: Carl Yastrzemski, 1967
#5: Cy Young, 1901
#6: Roger Clemens, 1990
#7: Ted Williams, 1957
#8: Pedro Martinez, 2002
#9: Babe Ruth, 1918
#10: Ted Williams, 1946

The guy who did all the calculations used Baseball-Reference's stats neutralizer to find that Pedro's 1.74 ERA in 2000 was the equivalent of a 0.98 ERA in 1968...

Sometimes these top-whatever lists can be hastily thrown together and useless pieces of crap, but I think this is very well-written and he uses progressive stats to make his case
