    Beckett pitches in minor league game

    ESPN - Beckett throws four shutout innings in minor league game - MLB

    Looks like Beckett performed pretty well in his start today, 4 shutout innings, 1 hit, no walks, and 6 K's. Maybe Beckett will be back sooner rather than later...

    So can Lidge and Smoltz. But seriously, I think it's a good sign for the Red Sox, and obviously not a good thing for the Yankees.
