Schilling's mini-rehab, and the best rotation ever?

Curt Schilling (lat) was able to throw 80 pitches in a simulated game on Thursday and is likely to return to Boston's rotation on Wednesday.
The Red Sox are going to start Julian Tavarez and Kyle Snyder in Saturday's doubleheader and then either Kason Gabbard, who is also dealing with a lat injury, or Kevin Jarvis on Sunday.

    Julian Tavarez
    Kyle Snyder
    Kason Gabbard
    Kevin Jarvis.

    Sweep?

Then out of fairness to the others you will be Slagathor.

Even if Josh Beckett were in that list, it'd probably still be a sweep.

P.S. That Tina Cervasio chick is not bad.

    Kason Gabbard? Guh?
(Seriously, I have no clue who that is.)

Kason Gabbard was a middling AA prospect last year. He still is, but he's pitching for the Sox. He's nothing more than an innings eater at this point.

Ah, ok thanks. I expect to see guys I've never heard of in the Royals or even Reds rotation, but it's a bit surprising to see that with the Red Sox considering most of the prospects we see called up are usually fairly well known with BA and such.

For reference, Kason Gabbard is ranked 30th on soxprospects.com

David Pauley (31st) has also been called up this year.

Yeah, Sox fun. Neither made Sickels pre-seaosn Top 20
