    *applauds David Ortiz and Gabe Kapler for the few runs we got*

    If we had a lineup with nothing but Papis and Kaplers, we would have scored 20 runs. I know Schilling only gave up 4 runs in the end, but 3 home runs given up in a single game is too many. 1, maybe 2, as long as they aren't grand slams or anything, is acceptable, but 3 is really pushing it...

    I was thinking... What the heck is up with Beckett and Schilling this year? They are our aces, yet they're both giving up long-ball galore! You can give up a bunch of solo shots and get away with it sometimes, but eventually you're gonna start giving up 2, 3 run homers, and maybe even a grand salami once in a while.
