OK, Crisp walks and I am very appreciative of this guy. He kind of shows why I'm an 18-year old on a message board and not in the front office of any baseball team

Loretta walks as well, very nice
Ortiz almost went boom too...:(
Still 2-1, 1 on, 1 out for Schilling
Lopez got hit on the hands that he essentially brought into the ball.
And Schilling got through 7 stellar innings, and this looks prime for a Timlin-Papelbon end if this stays as it is.
waruv! Thoughts on Nick Markakis for today.
hate to say I told you so, but I told you so :)Quote:

Hey, kind of been wondering lately, what has Wily Mo done this year so far. Haven't really been keeping up with the Sox so far.
DK: Mark has potential, but when Schill was throwing like he was today, most seasoned veterans don't have much of a shot.
Prov: Fine, you win. Until Marte becomes a star. :P
Bosox: I can see why
And two great defensive plays by the O's to start the inning, with Timlin loosening
Griffey: He's 1-3 so far this season, Trot starts over him, except v. lefties. Today, Chen owned WMP.
I was referring to how I said the Sox wouldn't lose a step with Crisp compared to Damon...Quote:

I thought there was some concern that Crisp wasn't as good as Damon?
