realistically, yea... i can see us maxing out rondo. and then missing out of gasol and aldridge, and overpaying another max guy... tobias harris already said he wants to come to new york, i can see us giving him a max deal for no reason at all. i like the guy, but not for max money. and i expect us to pick like 4th and end up getting somebody who'll be a bust.
Anyone see the Penny Hardaway saying he thinks Derrick Rose no longer plays at 100 mph, instead more like 70-75 and likens Rose to his own chronic knee problems when he was 27-28?

Assuming they hold on to the 4th worst record, what are the chances that they fall out of the top 5? They would need 2 teams below them to vault into the top 3, a la the Sonics and Blazers in the 2007 draft but even the Hawks went up from #4 to #3.

For what its worth, I just played that 8 times and we fell out of top 5 just once.
