Seriously, why didn't Orlando get either Bynum or Iguodala in the deal? If the goal is to rebuild with draft picks and cap space, why bog the payroll down for the next 3 to 4 years with Afflalo's and Harrington's remaining contracts?

i was sitting here going "how did juan carlos navarro fail in the nba"... and then deron williams buried a triple in his grill. you would think you could deal with his lack of defense for 15-20 mpg for what he can do offensively though.

this is truth. they shouldve cut denver out altogether, and just took iguodala for the 1 year remaining on his deal [they have an eto]. and as an expiring contract... and actually talented... he would hold considerably more value than afflalo. i do think they might be able to pawn afflalo off eventually, but they are almost certainly stuck with harrington for the remainder.

and the draft picks are all protected. it was just a complete shit show all around for them. i realize they wanted to get this resolved after blundering the entire situation for over a year now... but yea, they shouldve just grabbed bynum or iggy, and then tried to pawn one of them off for true value.

Did you send Sergio Rodriguez death threats after he tried killing your only defensive presence, Hammer?
    Marshall: MILSWANCAs?

that fuck had the nerve to stick his finger in tysons face. im sad, yet grateful, that tyson didnt just powerbomb him right there and set off world war 3. its bad enough he was the worst non fat player the knicks have had over the last 15 years. everybody on spain was pitiful with the whining, complaining and flopping. i lost alot of respect for rudy fernandez too.

Re: 2012 NBA Playoff and Draft Talk

Fellow rookies favor Davis as top impact-maker this season | NBA.com

cut to 'favorite player in the league'

"Who is your favorite player in the league?

    1. LeBron James, Miami -- 31.0 percent

    2. Kobe Bryant, L.A. Lakers -- 18.1 percent

    3. Kevin Durant, Oklahoma City -- 10.0 percent

T-4. Kevin Garnett, Boston & Dirk Nowitzki, Dallas -- 5.7 percent

Others receiving votes: Carmelo Anthony, New York; Andrew Bynum, Philadelphia; Tyson Chandler, New York; Tim Duncan, San Antonio; Dwight Howard, L.A. Lakers; Chris Paul, L.A. Clippers; Derrick Rose, Chicago; J.R. Smith, New York; Amar'e Stoudemire, New York; Dwyane Wade, Miami; Deron Williams, Brooklyn

Worth noting: Bryant owned this category two years ago, but everything's going LeBron's way these days. All it takes is one championship to alter your rep in the minds of the youngsters. One other note: Four different Knicks received votes, including J.R. Smith!"

i need to know who the rookie who voted for jr smith was. absolutely has to be tyshawn taylor, correct?

unofficially, because a toronto raptor fan said it on another forum, which isnt exactly the most trustworthy source... it was terrence ross who voted jr smith as his favorite player. love it.
