No. I was thinking of the correct Gasol brother but typed Paul (when it's actually Pau, anyway) for some stupid reason.

I hope so. We need the guy to be healthy for this shortened season.

i know the knicks are gonna put all their eggs in the chris paul basket, so this is all moot... but i wouldnt mind them going in on deandre jordan and wilson chandler, and putting up a lineup of chauncey/willie/melo/amare/deandre for next year. i think deandre is restricted though, so theyd have to over pay him, and thusly bury their ability for money use for years to come.

I feel like Howard is a better fit with Anaheim, just cause he's a Disney fan and probably thinks their coach is Emilio Estevez.

As a Magic fan, I wish the lockout was back on. Now I have to see on ESPN that the Lakers think they're getting Dwight, and Chris Paul for an injury prone center, and 2 over the hill players. Whats next? Are they going to add Kevin Durant and only give up Luke Walton?

I mean they must have some good weed over there in Los Angeles.

Oh hey. Howard jokingly tweeted he signed with the Mighty Ducks. I know my shit. Step off.

A bright side would be not having our 2nd star center ditch us for Los Angeles, and just keep him, and if he leaves, he leaves. He can't sign with the Lakers outright, so I'd be fine with that. I rather become a lottery team, and do it all over again than become a 45 win team at best with Bynum, and Odom or Gasol on the team.

Damn, I love CP3 and all, but it looks to me the Lakers filled one hole at point guard and created a bigger one at power forward with the loss of Gasol, and they're left with no insurance for an inevitable injury to Bynum.

Yeah, because the small-market owners were complaining. And by small-market, I'm guessing they were Boston, Dallas, and Miami. Collusion at its finest.
