    This alone won't solve the problems in Baltimore. He isn't a bad coach, he just had a couple of really bad breaks and played in a very, very tough division.
    There is speculation that the Orioles need to get a very high profile manager to replace him. Bobby Valentine, Buck Showalter and a couple of other guys have been mentioned as candidates they should go after.
