Benson looking impressive

Kris Benson won for the fourth time this season after surrendering two runs in 6 2/3 innings against the Blue Jays on Tuesday night.
Benson took a shutout into the seventh, when he gave up two of his six hits. An inherited run came around to score off Julio Manon. Benson is 4-2 with a 3.32 ERA. His two best outings were against a weakened Tampa Bay lineup, but he's also been very good in back-to-back starts against the Jays. Another test awaits in Boston this weekend.

Considering the Mets fans reactions to the guy he was traded for (meaning, not good reactions from the Mets contingent), in addition to his wife (or whatever she is)...wow. I'm surprised he's doing this well, especially facing the Jays twice.
