David Newhan to the DL

Orioles placed infielder-outfielder David Newhan on the 15-day disabled list with a fractured right fibula.
Newhan hopes to be back in six to eight weeks, but that still might be optimistic.

While this isn't a massive blast to the O's, you have to feel bad for a guy who fractures his fibula. Ouch

I feel bad for Newhan, he really won a spot on the team this past spring by being just about the best hitter we had. He has speed and bats left handed, like fischer said not a serious blow, but his contribuitons will be missed.
