Orioles prospect Radhames Liz struck out 13 in five innings and combined with three relievers on a no-hitter for Single-A Frederick on Wednesday.
One of the best fastballs in the organization helped Liz strike out 13.1 batters per nine innings between the New York-Penn and the South Atlantic Leagues last season. Because he doesn't have great second and third pitches and his delivery is rather violent, he might be a reliever rather than a starter. He's not someone who figures to be a factor this year.

I bet it would go way over 420 feet for a good power hitter, but the name alone warrants a look. Radhames...hah, poor kid
