Old skins?

As far as I know, HollywoodLeo and I are the only ones who like and use the old skin styles - the ones where every user's name and avatar are above the post, as opposed to the current style where the name and post are in a column on the left. Just wondering if you intend to bring these back.

Right now it's looking like I will develop wide versions of the standard S3F version (with team styles for that as well) and I was planning to develop at least one version of the default style with the horizontal postbit that you're referencing (if I can scrounge up the code). I know some like the old look, but this will save me a lot of headache as I won't have to test things on the two styles, code things differently for each one, among the other issues I had to deal with last year. But even if it's not in every team style, I am hoping to have the main S3F style in a few versions to accommodate you all.

the home page, the forums page, and some of the forums load with the old Padres skin I used to use now.

Other forums, Padres forum included, load with the new sidebar stuff.

the A's skin I used is now working on the main forum, but the buttons at the top aren't there and the skin doesn't work on some subforums.

Just went through everything.

All team forums with the exception of the Orioles and all the sim league forums load to the new style, post-upgrade.

Every other forum, the main forum page, and the home page all load with the old-school Padres skin that i've been using.

That was me forgetting to disable those. I had turned something on to allow DK to test a skin for me, just nevermind all of that as I have no intention of using those skins again.

Horizontal postbit looks good. Great job, I like it although the wide version was sweet. Still nice.

There's the standard fixed width, the standard wide, the horizontal postbit fixed width and the horizontal postbit wide. So that should take care of everyone for the most part.

I've grown used to the avatars and stuff on the side now, but I love the wide version.

That crunched up skinny stuff just doesn't do it for me.
