Suggestion for members with negative rep

Specifically, ones who have attained the level of "blackballed from all teams". I suggest banning those users. If they keep getting negative rep, they clearly don't belong. Just a friendly suggestion.

I'd refrain from banning unless necessary.

BaseballFanatic is nice to keep around as entertainment.

I wouldn't ban people just for having neg rap. Their are some ppl that just like keep hitting that rep button no matter what post it is, it's just automatic for them to click it.

I think this would be a bad policy because then all i'd have to do is start neg repping away if I wanted someone gone from the forums.
