    Bobby Cox
    Gary Sheffield
    Julio Franco

If Chipper would stop getting hurt so much, and go back to putting up the numbers he consistently put up sans the last couple of years, he's going to push the envelope. Andruw will be one cause he'll be well over 500 homeruns. Not to mention being one of the best defensive wonders to have ever played.

Fred McGriff is more of a sure thing for the HOF than Sheffield, IMO. McGriff has 500? homers, if not then very close to it.

He's like a couple shy, maybe just one shy. Sheffield will probably have 500 or 3000 hits if he stays healthy and doesn't lose interest or something. He seems to me like the guy that would retire at age 37 even though he's still a great hitter. [shrug]

McGriff was 7 shy beginning of the season, and retired. I'd like Griff to make it, as well as Julio, Andruw, Chipper and JS. However, Chipper would have to dust off the injury bug and Andruw would have to continue his hitting for a long time in order to be considered. Galarraga? I don't think so, as much as I'd like to see him in. Sheff? Needs a few more productive years. Javy could make it as well.

Sheff is at 430 homeruns, 2265 hits. As I said before, if he doesn't lose interest and retires, he'll hit 500 easily. Andruw is over half way to 500 and is only 28. Barring a Ken Griffey Jr. injury plague (knock on wood), he's going to eclipse 500 in no time.
