    Braves Mets @ Braves

    (22-19) vs. (22-21)

    5/20 Game 1: John Maine (5-2, 2.81 ERA) vs. Tom Glavine (1-1, 4.41 ERA)

    5/20 Game 2: Randy Wolf (2-1, 3.57 ERA) vs. Jorge Campillo (0-0, 1.27 ERA)

    5/21 Game 3: Mike Pelfrey (2-4, 4.17 ERA) vs. Jair Jurrjens (4-3, 2.82 ERA)

    5/22 Game 4: Johan Santana (5-2, 3.30 ERA) vs. Tim Hudson (6-3, 3.06 ERA)

Haven't had one up in a while so I'd thought I would get this up before Game 2 tonight. Braves took Game 1 6-1. Lets go for the sweep.

Umm, I think you mean Claudio Vargas, not Randy Wolf

One could easily confuse the two. They look the same. Similar names.
    Marshall: MILSWANCAs?

Worst day for me as a Mets fan. We lose two, Braves win two, Phillies win, Marlins win, Willie's in turmoil, Church gets hurt on the last play of the game. Ugh. What do I see in this team?

I didn't confuse anything. I copied the names directly from MLB.com. The names do change on occasion.

Randy Wolf is on the Padres, as you can see by clicking on the link. It was an error, on someone's end.

Must be mlb's end. Doesn't matter now.

Schoeneweis hits Chipper in the leg. He left the game with some obvious pain. The Mets suck so much they hit the Majors best hitter. Tex came up with bases loaded after he got hit and hit a bases clearing double. Braves will make you pay.

Braves winning 11-3 in the 8th.

That's BS. There was no intention to hitting Chipper and you know it. The Mets are struggling, but I wouldn't say they suck. They have some serious talent.

25-21 record for the Braves, but 12 of those 21 losses have been by one run. That was an interesting factoid I heard today. Imagine how good you could be right now, like 31-16 or 32-15, something in that range if the bullpen had been able to hold on when it didn't?

Not to mention their 6-16 road record

If the pitching could stay healthy.. Soriano, Gonzalez, Moylan, Smoltz, Glavine, Hampton... Chuck James and JoJo Reyes can only do so.. nothing much at all.

4 game sweep capped with a save from Ohcrap. Who doesn't enjoy the classic 4 game sweeps?
