    Nice one Bobby Cox

Anyone watching this game? Top of the 10th and Chris Resop (R) comes in to pitch. He gives up a BB, Sac bunt, BB. Adam LaRoche comes up and Bobby Cox brings in Royce Ring (L), and puts Resop in LF in a double switch. Ring gets LaRoche out and Cox pulls him and puts Resop back on the mound!!! Crazy stuff. I've never seen that before. Resop got warmup pitches the 2nd time too.

Hrm... I guess it would be legal since he never left the game and just moved from pitcher to left field to pitcher again. Weird.

    That's awesome...what did Resop do?
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

Well, he pitched, went to left field, then went back to pitch, and proceeded to give up Xavier Nady's RBI single which proved to be the winning run. But Bobby Cox is one ingenious motherf-cker.

He'd look even more ingenious had he not given up that GWBI from Nady, but it was a nice ploy none-the-less that I didn't know you can do.

I have seen that before. But managers dont risk that move very often. And yes it is legal to do that in baseball.
