Braves | Jones could return this weekend
Wed, 12 Sep 2007 18:19:03 -0700 Updating a previous report, The Associated Press reports Atlanta Braves 3B Chipper Jones (oblique) missed his third consecutive start Wednesday, Sept. 12, against the New York Mets. Jones said he felt good swinging the bat in batting practice before the game, and commented he may be healthy enough to return by the Braves' weekend series.
