Yes.
It's hard to put him in when Dale Murphy is not in. But, he's good and very consistent. So why not.
He needs to pad the stats more to be on the safe side.

Chipper is a HOF caliber player, and he is and has been part of a winning team. He is a major producer on that team also!!!

Chipper has always been my favorite player. He has always had a great career. He should be a Hall of Famer.
