    Braves Astros @ Braves

    (46-59) vs. (55-51)

    7/31 Game 1: Chris Sampson (7-7, 4.29 ERA) vs. Chuck James (8-8, 3.55 ERA)

    8/1 Game 2: Wandy Rodriguez (7-9, 4.28 ERA) vs. Buddy Carlyle (5-3, 4.25 ERA)

    8/2 Game 3: Woody Williams (5-12, 5.14 ERA) vs. Jo-Jo Reyes (0-1, 8.20 ERA)

They need to sweep the Astros but with the last 3 starters in the rotation going this series, I just don't see that happening.

Well the Braves have won the first 2, both games scoring over 10 runs. Teixeira hit a 3-run homer and walked with bases loaded. This is what I'm hoping for from him. Lets get 10+ runs tomorrow as well.

I don't think Reyes is quite ready to be in the majors. The Ted looked amazing tonight!

I agree and I hope they realize that soon.

Hopefully Caryle doesn't have to miss any starts. He's been throwing real good lately.

I don't feel good about tonights game. With Reyes on the mound, the offense will most likely have to score 10+ runs again.

I suppose I care a little too much about it. When they lose I'm not happy for the rest of the day.

Last year wasn't a good year.

Like I said, the Astros have 5 runs through 3 1/2. The Braves however are trying to get back into it. Runners on 1st and 3rd with 1 out. 5-3 right now.

Thorman is pinch hitting for Reyes so he is gone.

Glad Soriano decided to suck this past month.

Man they are pushing this game. Diaz tied it again in extra innings with a 2-run homer. Now it's in the top of the 14th with 1 on 2nd and with 2 outs.
