Is anyone playing a game/sport for a living worth that amount of money... Everyone should be paid the same base salary and use incentives to bargain with the players.. Ok kid, this is going to be your role for our team, what kind of stats can you perform in this role?? Base the rest of the players salary like that.. Could you imagine how much harder the players would perform...
